Venue & Directions

This Must Be The Place

Set on the edge of a valley overlooking the rolling Catalan hills and with the foothills of the Pyrenees in the distance, the centuries-old ‘Mas Casamitjana’ enjoys a stunning location near the charming town of Moià, and boasts some of the prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see.

Coach/Bus

If you decide to stay in any of the accommodation that we have listed on the next page we will be organising transport to and from the venue for you. The cost of this will be €20 in total per person payable to us. Please do let us know.

Taxis

Taxis are far and few between and there is a limited amount of taxi drivers in the area. If this is your preferred method of travel do let us know so we can help you with that booking

Driving

We recommend if renting a car that you use Avis or Budget. We found booking them through Booking.com the cheapest and most reliable method. Also you can pick up the car from Barcelona Train station and drop it off at the airport.

How to get there by car

Once you get near to This Must Be The Place (Mas Casamitjana), there are 2 possible ways that SatNav / Google Maps / Waze / Apple Maps etc might take you. 95% of the time they will show you the right way. However, you definitely DO NOT want to go the other way - trust us! It starts off all nice, but then you drive through the middle of a farm, and then the road turns into a badly-rutted tractor path, and then an open field.

If you do go the wrong way, it is better to turn back as soon as you realise.
